With just a few steps, you can download, then share your Fitbit Data with your physician.
Log in to your Fitbit account, and navigate to your Dashboard

On the top right of your screen, click on the settings "gear" icon, then select "Settings"

From the "Settings" page, along the menu on the left side of your screen, click on "Data Export"

In the "Your Fitbit Data", adjust the "Time Period", and use the drop-down menu to change the "File Format" from "CSV" to "Microsoft Excel". Include (should be checked by default) Body, Foods, Activities, and Sleep data in the export.

If you are a HealthPrevent 360 patient, you can use the Document upload link provided by your physician to update the Microsoft Excel file you downloaded containing your Fitbit tracker data.
