We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our "Prevent 4 Life", and "Prevent 4 Life Plus" programs.  If upon completion of either program you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund what you paid for the program, minus the costs of any partner service fees included in the program. Partner service fees only apply to the "Prevent 4 Life Plus" program, which includes chef-prepared meals mailed to your home, weekly therapy sessions with a licensed therapist, personal trainer sessions and more.  To receive your 100% satisfaction guarantee refund, you must complete the prescribed program requirements during the 4 weeks.  Once the program is completed, to receive your refund you must complete a brief exit interview with a company representative so they can learn from your experience and improve the program. Within 30-days after completing the exit interview, you will receive electronic refund of your payment (minus the partner fees for participants in the "Prevent 4 Plus" program).
